EXCLUSIVE PARTNER OF OES GROUP

Marine Anti-Corrosion & Fouling Solutions

Protecting submerged assets begins with the right corrosion-control and marine-growth strategy. As an exclusive partner of OES Group, Tritek Power & Automation connects customers with cathodic protection and anti-fouling solutions selected around asset design, operating conditions and lifecycle requirements.

OES Impressed Current Cathodic Protection systems use a controlled electrical current to protect submerged metal structures. Reference electrodes monitor protection levels so the system can adjust its output as conditions change.

System selection should consider the protected surface area, coating condition, seawater environment and available electrical supply. Share your vessel or installation details with Tritek to discuss the project requirements.

Sacrificial Anodes

Sacrificial anodes provide cathodic protection by corroding in place of the metal they protect. OES’s range includes zinc, aluminium and magnesium anodes. Contact Tritek to discuss material selection, dimensions and replacement requirements.

MGPS & ICAF — Managing Marine Growth

Marine Growth Prevention Systems and Impressed Current Anti-Fouling systems help control marine growth in seawater applications. OES offers systems tailored to the installation.

For seawater intakes and cooling circuits, an effective specification starts with the flow arrangement, pipework materials and operating profile. Tritek can help coordinate your enquiry around these requirements.

EcoPulse Ultrasonic Anti-Fouling

OES EcoPulse uses ultrasonic technology to help discourage biofouling on suitable submerged surfaces. Application suitability depends on the asset, construction materials and transducer arrangement. Discuss your equipment and installation with Tritek before selecting a system.
